At Moment Balance Boards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include the RMA number with your return shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund by email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like soft goods and custom products such as team / special orders or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:  If you would like to exchange your product for a different model please contact us at to obtain an RMA number. You must include the RMA number with your exchange shipment. Please note softgoods (non boards or fitness equipment) are not exchangeable.  Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect it and send you the requested replacement product. If there is a price difference between the returned product and the replacement product, we will adjust the amount charged to your original payment method accordingly.

Shipping costs for Moment to send the exchange product will be covered by the Customer and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
